Matt Keller Matt was born and raised on a 700-acre farm outside of Regal, a small town in Minnesota. It was in this environment that Matt learned that hard work, honesty, and reliability were what you needed to succeed. His parents taught him early in life, the importance of the Golden Rule: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." Whether working with sellers, buyers or other agents, this has served him well.  Matt is very easy to work with, but don't let his easy demeanor fool you. 	Erica Greenhaw Erica was born and raised in Artesia, New Mexico. She moved to Phoenix in 1998. Before joining the Matt Keller Group, Erica worked for Century 21 as an Operations Manager, there she gained experience with state compliance issues, rules and regulations. As the group’s Licensed Assistant, Erica handles all of the intricate details that come with buying or selling your home so, that you don’t have to. From coordinating with title companies, lenders, inspectors, and other agents to keep all lines of communication open and ensuring that deadlines are met to keeping our clients informed and satisfied throughout the transaction. Erica works very closely with Matt and the rest of the group to see that your move is as smooth as possible.
	Chris Vodegel Chris was born and raised in Wisconsin. Chris moved to Arizona in 1984 on a graduate scholarship to ASU. He worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry for 11 years. Chris currently resides in Scottsdale with his lovely wife and 2 beautiful children. On his off time Chris's hobbies include Tennis, Golf and Traveling. Today, Chris is one of the top agents and Sales Director with The Matt Keller Group. Chris is knowledgeable, honest, fun loving and has the ability to build a great rapport when dealing one on one with his clients. 	Clayton Wiffen Clayton grew up in Sioux City, Iowa where he was brought up on the Midwestern values of honesty, integrity and respect.  These are also the values that helped him secure a professional ice hockey career in Europe.  He then established a nine year sales management career with a fortune 500 computer company.  Clayton met Matt in 1998 when he relocated to Arizona to further his career in the high tech industry.  Matt persuaded him that he could put his values to better use as a real estate agent and Clayton agreed, never looking back.  He has used these values to develop an extensive satisfied client database.  It is always his goal to not only help clients sell their home then find the home of their dreams, but get the most for their sale then buy a home for the lowest price.  He is married and has three children so he understands the importance of being a results oriented real estate agent for families valley wide.
	Steve Conrad As a young boy being raised on a farm in Iowa, Steve has always enjoyed the outdoors including hunting, fishing, camping and riding horses. In High School he excelled at track and won many medals and awards for himself and his team mates. After attending college in Nebraska, he married his wife Jean and they moved to Wyoming, where he continued his love for outdoor activities in the beautiful mountains surrounding Cheyenne. Steve also became hooked on the game of Golf and when he and Jean moved back to Iowa to raise their two sons, they joined the Country Club and Steve managed a men's clothing store and then went on to work for the Lisle Corporation, a Specialty Tool Company. Steve and his wife love to travel and after several visits to the Valley, they knew this was the place they wanted to call "home". Steve applied his management and customer service skills to his Real Estate field. Steve is taking great enjoyment in Real Estate with The Matt Keller Group, golfing, and traveling, but he now has two new loves in his life, his grandchildren, Jayden and Kealey.
	Brian Akmon Brian was born in San Diego, California. He and his family moved to Royal Oak, Michigan where he lived until 1974 before relocating to Phoenix. He graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Education and taught for several years. Brian now lives in Scottsdale with his wife and twin boys and is enjoying his successful career in real estate with The Matt Keller Group. When Brian is not working, coaching or traveling with his family he enjoys an active Arizona lifestyle including: snow skiing, camping, biking and backpacking (the Grand Canyon being one of his favorite locations).
	Claudia Jordan Ever wondered what your dream job is? As a job search consultant, Claudia wrote two books on the subject, appeared on national television and radio shows, presented seminars, and went on book signing tours. After years of helping others find their dream job, she decided her dream job was in real estate. Before joining the Matt Keller Group, she sold new homes and worked in the residential resale market for six years. Born and raised in Fort Collins, Colorado, in 1987 she moved to Arizona to enjoy the warm weather and beautiful desert. Claudia lives in Scottsdale and devotes her spare time to riding Arizona trails on her horse, Pepper.
	Laura Myers Laura’s hard work and tenacity ranked her 2nd in sales her first quarter as a team member of the Matt Keller Group. This follows a history of real estate successes as she was hand picked several years ago for her business acumen to assist in a start up real estate office in Scottsdale.  Laura grew up in Orange County, California and moved to Arizona due to family job relocation. In her free time she enjoys reading, dining with friends, and traveling with her three children. Laura’s philosophy in business is people first. Her dedicated, creative, and curious personality is first rate in the real estate industry. She stretches beyond norms to overcome challenges with constant communication.
